TOK Safety Boot Camp:
Our Transfer of Knowledge Safety Boot Camp was developed to enhance the knowledge and skills, along with our safety staffing experience working with project clients and developed a course to make safety professionals the best in the industry. We know what you need to be doing, what the clients wants and expects, and can train you so that you shouldn't have to leave a project early by making an error in judgement. Once you take our TOK Safety Boot Camp, you will know what tasks you should and should not be doing. By doing what we train you in, you will shine as an outstanding field safety professional and will be recommended for more safety positions.
Safety Pays Career Development:
was designed to develop new safety professionals that are needed now and, in the future. According to the US Department of Labor, in 2025 there will be a shortage of over 12,000 new safety professionals in the US across multiple industries. Safety Pays will help guide more people into occupiable safety and health as a career and guide them through both safety degree programs and safety certifications needed to advance their careers. We also offer safety staffing services to help them find jobs in construction, mining, and oil/gas power distribution industries throughout the United States. Safety Pays can help someone just starting their new career and it can guide existing safety professionals to grow and expand their career.

Safety Communication:
Our Safety Communication Training was developed to help safety professionals, both management and field operations, gain better skills in proper communication among groups. The goal is to deliver correct information so that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities to get work done safely and efficiently. This includes proper documentation and reporting information in a format that is easily understood. We provide tools to assist the safety professional to find good topics to present at toolbox morning safety meetings and longer topics at monthly or annual safety meetings. We also introduce for purchase our SiteDocs handheld App's that is a Safety Management System (SMS) designed to give the safety professionals everything they need to manage a company safety program on a mobile device. Our goal is to provide information to make you be the best safety professional and how to guide your career to get advancements and promotions, all with higher earnings.
Become a Competent Person:
Our competent Person Training was developed to assure that people that are chosen to be the subject matter experts in each area "ie" forklift driver, confined space entry, gas detection and more, have the knowledge to lead work teams tp perform these duties safely. They will be trained to oversee work teams to assure all training is done prior to work, and that all competent person equipment inspections are performed, and each worker knows their responsibilities and has the right tools needed to perform the work tasks safely.

This 8-Hour Instructor Safety course was developed for those who want or need to learn new teaching techniques. By adapting adult learning skills into your training programs and learning how to conduct or present safety classes and presentations, learn what safety programs are needed for compliance.
